Will there be any opportunities to network with other attendees at the conference?
There will be opportunities to network with other participants throughout the conference. A networking session will be held each day from 5:00pm to 6:00pm. This is a great opportunity to meet other attendees, learn about their work, and build relationships.

Interested in becoming a speaker or sponsor at the conference?
Before consider becoming a speaker at the conference , you shall consider the conference's audience, the topics that will be covered, and the level of expertise that is expected from speakers.
To be a speaker at the conference, you must submit a speech text and slides that are within the scope of the topics listed in the program. Your speech must be no longer than 10 minutes. The deadline for submitting your speech text and slides is August 1, 2023. The number of speakers is limited, so please submit your application early.The conference organization board makes the decisions regarding the selection of speakers.

You can become a sponsor of the conference and promote your products and services to the attendees. However, your product or service must be compatible with the content of the conference program or the participant profile.
There are several sponsorship levels available, each with its own benefits. For more information about the sponsorship opportunities and to apply, please visit the sponsorship page and fill out the application form.

What are the cancellation policies for the conference?

Full refund: If you cancel your registration more than 45 days before the start of the conference, you will receive a full refund.

Partial refund: If you cancel your registration less than 45 days before the start of the conference, you may be eligible for a partial refund. The amount of the refund will depend on the date of cancellation.(45-30 days before the start %50 refund , 30-15 days before the start %30 refund)

No refund: If you cancel your registration less than 15 the start of the conference, you will not be eligible for a refund.
